UK: A 1984-esque former empire in disgrace.

Photobucket

Even since that Brazilian man was shot just for “looking suspicious” right after the 2005 London Bombings and that pig Tony Blair defended the officers’ actions we all knew England had lost its way and given into fear. The terrorists won.

Now they have video cameras on the streets, can hold people without charging them, are banning samurai weapons among other things and now this, kinky porn.

Who does this serve? Who does this help?

What can I say? You voted for Blair and therefore for his successor, so enjoy your totalitarian regime and your flood of Islamic immigrants (a subject to be dealt with some other time).

I blame people like Jane Longhurst who, in their ignorance and grief, try to change the world without thinking about the consequences. Stupid people with a cause are the most dangerous, as we are witnessing today.

Article from BBC News:

A bill outlawing the possession of “extreme pornography” is set to become law next week. But many fear it has been rushed through and will criminalise innocent people with a harmless taste for unconventional sex.

Five years ago Jane Longhurst, a teacher from Brighton, was murdered. It later emerged her killer had been compulsively accessing websites such as Club Dead and Rape Action, which contained images of women being abused and violated.

When Graham Coutts was jailed for life Jane Longhurst’s mother, Liz, began a campaign to ban the possession of such images.

Supported by her local MP, Martin Salter, she found a listening ear in then home secretary, David Blunkett, who agreed to introduce legislation to ban the possession of “violent and extreme pornography”.

This was eventually included in the Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill, which gets its final reading this week and will get Royal Assent on 8 May.

Until now pornographers, rather than consumers, have needed to operate within the confines of the 1959 Obscene Publications Act (OPA). While this law will remain, the new act is designed to reflect the realities of the internet age, when pornographic images may be hosted on websites outside the UK.

Under the new rules, criminal responsibility shifts from the producer – who is responsible under the OPA – to the consumer.

But campaigners say the new law risks criminalising thousands of people who use violent pornographic images as part of consensual sexual relationships.

Josef Fritzl.

Photobucket

Josef Fritlz is a 73 year old family man from the city of Amstetten, Austria. He has a wife, 7 children and 3 grandchildren. He’s an electrical engineering technician.

His daughter Elisabeth left the house when she turned 18 to join a cult and was never seen again. She sometimes wrote letters to her family and left three of her children at their doorstep, with letters saying she couldn’t take care of them. At least that’s what Josef made sure everyone believed.

After his arrest a few days ago, he confessed to having sexually abused Elisabeth since she was 11 and locking her up in his cellar when she was 18, forcing her to write a letter saying she was running away. This happened in august of 1984.

Together they had 7 children. One of them died and he threw its body in an incinerator. Of the remaining six, he took three to live in the outside world with him and his wife, to be raised as his grandchildren, and made his daughter write notes giving them up.

A few days ago Kerstin, the oldest of the children who lived in the cellar, is taken to the hospital. Elisabeth pleaded with her father to be taken there to see her, and he released her along with her other two children. He just claimed Elisabeth had decided to return after 24 years.

Because of an anonymous tip the police pick him and his daughter up, and they both confess to what happened.

The part about the cellar, which he built in the late 70’s as a nuclear bunker, is one of the most fascinating parts of the story. The way he used his expertees is without presedent.

Which is why it surprises me that he fathered his daughter’s children. It obviously wasn’t an accident, but it did leave a trail. It was a stupid mistake, regardless of the reason.

Why didn’t he just kill Kerstin and dispose of her body? Why didn’t he just let her die? If he was as evil as people are saying he is, that’s what he would have done.

He’s not remorseful, but he is sad. I guess in his mind he didn’t think he was doing anything wrong. His daughter turns 18 and he doesn’t want her to leave (which would make sense after all the years of abuse at his hands) and, in his mind, he’s just keeping his family together.

Under current statutes, he’ll get 15 years or less, and because of the nature of his crime, possibly protected costudy (which seems appropiate). All those people saying he should be raped in prison and seeing justice in that kind of situation are even worse than him.

I can’t imagine his family being able to cope with this. I see their future, and it’s not promising at all.

This man is a perfect example of how no one, no one, is 100% pure evil. I’m not saying he was a good guy, and the fact that I have to clear that up is regretable. A lot of people are so goddamn stupid that they think that saying “Hitler didn’t set out to be evil” is the same as saying “Hitler was awesome I love him”.

So this was the story of the day yesterday. I doubt anything new will come out of this and I doubt people will even remember in a week.

And before you ask me for source on this post: Use Google News. There’s a gazillion articles there about this guy.

Tylor King: Anonymous’ response.

I decided to post it on the /b/’s of 4chan, 7chan (which turned into a gore fest, then an anime fest and then a CP fest, and I had to kill the thread) and 711chan (where it didn’t get that many responses) not to promote myself but to get my point accross, because I’ve seen many agree with me but all those voices get drowned among the “OMG EPIC WIN FOR TEH LULZ!!!1″ herd.

7chan is integrated by mostly underage people. I know because my thread didn’t get massive replies until like 2pm (when people come out of school),although I did get a few thought-out replies . Most of 4chan’s /b/ defended the raid, but the majority or /r9k/ didn’t. Some people on ED now doubt this was something epic and, like me, suspect this started as a vendetta.

Anonymous has become a lot less tolerant to dissent, and now goes after people who dare to be even a little different. Some have implied that “I might be next”, so let me clear something up for you: What you did to Tylor was disruptive, but he’ll forget all about it in a month. Except the part about his girlfriend perhaps, but she’s the one who’s going to suffer because of it, not him. So nice aim there, guys.

And considering I’m: 1) In another country 2) Not stupid enough to post my phone numbers/credit card or any other sensitive info online and 3) I’ve seen your worse, it’s bad, but it’s not “life ruining”. Just pointing out you can’t do anything to me that I won’t forget about in, say, a week tops.

But I am not the enemy, I am trying to warn you, like many others, that you are eventually going to get the government and the real moralfags out there to take away the freedom we have on the Internet by abusing it like this. No one has really cared before, but if they see Anon going after completely random, innocent targets with such zeal and viciousness, you can only imagine what they’re going to do.

But I’m going off-topic, I just wanted to repost some good comments from the previous thread which show why this raid sucks.

The point here isn’t morality, or concern about the victim.

The point is that some faggot had some personal vendetta against this guy, and used /b/ as his personal army to get revenge on this guy.
They had no reason for this other than “some guy said so”.

What if this happened every time some Gaia faggot had some falling-out with her cyber-buddy? What if every retarded /bee/tard kid got a sucessful raid from his “seckret intarnet hackar squad” on every girl who rejected him? What if furfags came to us to settle their “art theft” dogcock disputes?

What if Ernest Peters had got his wish instead of a backraid?

Oh, and to all the self-professed “oldfags” prattling on about “lulz” and the “internet hate machine”, you fags don’t know what the fuck you are talking about. You sound like a bunch of Burba clones. Die in a fire.

I would say that if the actions of a group are to be random then the parts that make the whole must themselves be random, but sadly we are human, though we say we have no justification in the end any rationalization of means in which the ends are obtained are thusly justified. Do not confuse the ever subjective nature of Justice with the personally realitive concept of justification.

I say you haters are just as bad as the moral fags and you moral fags as bad as haters.

The hypocrisy of annon is but a reaction to our individual paradoxes

this raid really was 4chan fail, a bunch of underage b& going after someone for no reason? thats just a little sad, if youve got a grievance go after them full force then its lulzy

There were some good comments in /r9k/ and now I regret not saving them.

I’m done talking about this subject, unless there are further developments.

Chinese students riot in South Korea.

This is somewhat scary, as if Chinese students have been brainwashed from growing up under the CCP’s rule.

I have been clear about my views on this issue, China is a threat to the West in many ways and that’s the core issue here, not freeing Tibet or getting the CCP to stop abusing its citizens (Which would also be a desirable outcome).

It’s sad to see a youth, a youth with the chance to leave China and see the world, deffend a tyranic regime with such zeal and blind devotion.

Chinese Clash With Protesters in Seoul

By SANG-HUN CHOE
Published: April 27, 2008

SEOUL, South Korea — Thousands of young Chinese assembled to defend their country’s troubled Olympic torch relay pushed through police lines on Sunday, some of them hurling rocks, bottled water and plastic and steel pipes at protesters demanding better treatment for North Korean refugees in China.

Two North Korean defectors living in South Korea poured paint thinner on themselves and tried to set themselves on fire in an attempt to protest what they condemned as Beijing’s inhumane crackdown of North Korean refugees, but the police stopped them, according to witnesses and the police.

The South Korean police and Chinese students also overpowered at least two other protesters who tried to impede the run along a 15-mile route through Seoul. The route was kept secret until the last minute and guarded by more than 8,300 police officers.

In other cities, the globe-trotting relay of the torch leading up to the Beijing Games in August has triggered protests against China’s crackdown on violent protests for independence in Tibet. In South Korea, one of the torch’s final stops before entering China, demonstrators focused on human rights for North Koreans who live in hiding in China after fleeing hunger in their homeland.

The torch was scheduled to arrive in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang. North Korea said it was preparing an “amazing” welcome, indicating that the totalitarian regime would mobilize hundreds of thousands of flower-waving people.

Hours before the torch run began in Seoul, several thousand Chinese, mostly students studying in South Korea, converged in this city’s Olympic Park, singing, chanting and waving pickets that said “We love China” or “Go, Go China.”

When lone protesters demanded that China stop repatriating North Korean refugees, they were quickly surrounded by jeering Chinese. Near the park, Chinese students surrounded and beat a small group of protesters, news reports said.

In another scuffle, at the city center where the five-hour torch run ended, Chinese surrounded several Tibetans and South Korean supporters who unfurled pro-Tibet banners, and kicked and punched them, witnesses said.

The largest scuffle erupted shortly after the first torch-bearer left the Olympic Park, surrounded by dozens of police officers on foot or on bicycles and hundreds more in buses and trailed by a water cannon, ambulances and helicopters circling overhead.

Many of the Chinese gathered at the park surged toward about 150 protesters, mostly elderly South Koreans and North Korean defectors, who were shouting “No human rights, no Olympics” from across a boulevard.

Armed with plastic shields, the police scuffled with the Chinese as they tried to separate the two groups who were hurling objects at each other. At least one Chinese student was hauled away by the police for throwing a rock. A South Korean newspaper photographer was carried to hospital for treatment of a cut on his head.

The torch arrived in Seoul from Nagano, Japan, where protesters hurled garbage and flares during its run on Saturday and clashed with patriotic Chinese, who accused the West of vilifying Beijing. There, too, Chinese supporters far outnumbered those protesting the run.

Although the torch run stirred little interest among South Koreans in general, thousands of North Korean defectors in the South and their supporters saw it as an opportunity to press Beijing to better protect North Korean refugees in China.

In recent years, thousands of North Koreans have fled across the loosely controlled Chinese border, rather than the heavily fortified border with South Korea. China sends back North Koreans it catches as illegal economic migrants, a policy condemned by rights groups. They face life-threatening punishment in labor camps once repatriated, according to rights groups.

“Even as it is preparing for the Olympics, China is arresting North Korean refugees and sending them to the valley of death. Is that an Olympic spirit?” said Han Chang Kwon, a leader of North Korean defectors.

Norbert Vollertsen, a German doctor and advocate for North Korean refugees, found himself surrounded by jeering Chinese students on Sunday.

“This torch run reminds me of Hitler, who first invented it in 1936 to divert world attention from human rights problems in Germany under the disguise of ‘world harmony,’” he said.

Many placards Chinese waved on Sunday in Seoul criticized the Dalai Lama, the Tibetan spiritual leader whom China accuses of instigating violence.

“Tibet is part of China forever,” one said.

Tylor King.

Article on ED.

So basically this is what happened: A guy posted freestyling videos on Youtube, someone posted a link to those on /b/, /b/tards spammed the videos, he deletes the comments and then Anonymous goes after him full force. They hacked into his girlfriend’s photobucket where they found nude pictures of her (she’s 17) which they distribute around the net, even posting them in his mother’s and grandmother’s sites.

I have no way to confirm it, but after finding out the phone number and address of him and those close to him, they’ve done every prank imaginable (sending them pizzas, prostitutes, taxis, packages, etc), they’ve notified his school that he sells drugs and plans to shoot up the place today (which is false) and called her mother’s place of employement. Among other things.

Again, I take relief on the fact that he and his family are too stupid to use the Internet. If I was going to upload compromising pictures of myself for whatever reason, I’d do so in an account that isn’t connected to my stuff. They are all idiots, but that’s beyond the point.

The point is that this raid is a failure because the guy who posted the links on /b/ was clearly using Anonymous as his personal army and no one, not even one person called him on it.

This is why I find this raid to be pointless and out of line. Subeta profiting from something they didn’t invent? Wuori trying to get the chans to do his dirty word? Scientology getting a free pass while being a dangerous cult? Camwhore posting pictures of herself drinking urine? They all did something to deserve the wrath of the Collectivity of Anonymous, and I feel no pity for them.

But think, what did this guy do? Nothing, absolutely nothing. This was random and nothing came out of it.

Except some guy probably laughing his ass off about how easy it was to get Anonymous to be his bitch and do his dirty job.

EDIT: An anon from /r9k/ has volunteered a list of the damage caused by this raid:

  • House listed for sale on multiple real estate agencies.
  • Worked on getting his mom fired from work.
  • Nudes sent to Tylor’s Mom, Dad, Grandmother, entire friends list. (Facebook & Myspace)
  • House phone, Cell Phone, Girlfriends Cell rickrolled infinitely.
  • Infinite mailing listings.
  • Taxis sent to his house.

  • Hookers sent to his house.
  • Gay hookers sent to his house.
  • Transexual hookers sent to his house.
  • Islam group sent to his house.
  • Scientologists sent to his house.
  • Christian groups sent to his house.

  • School notified that he plans to bring gun to school on Monday/hiding weapons in his locker.
  • Nudes sent to entire school mailing list.
  • Nudes sent to Police.
  • A shitload of fucking pizzas ordered. (Rumored to be worth hundreds of dollars).
  • Many other food delivery services sent to his house.
  • Craiglist faux moving sale listed at his house – “Everything must go”. Lulz, however, remained.

EDIT 2: The pictures of his girlfriend are, legally speaking, child pornography and pages containing them have been removed from Google. See a Google seach for Tylor King.

Moot is not good for business.

So apparently moot wants 4chan to go mainstream. That’s why he deleted the news dedicated board a couple of months ago (there was a lot of racism there, and advertisers probably don’t like that). His reason for deleting /n/ was that it sucked, but he later admitted that he just didn’t want any media attention because of the election (a lot of things were said there about the candidates, things that could technically be considered slander, except they’re very hard to disprove).

Sometimes moot posts in /k/, and does so to whine about something. Truth is I don’t think moot deserves to succeed. Why? Because he sucks at public relations, he’s a whiny little bitch and hopefully people will eventually get tired of putting up with his crap. Sadly the main alternative chans (7chan and 420chan) are even whinier and cry when an outsider arrives.

When I was a user in the old /n/ I used a tripcode, and I was periodically banned and my messages purged for no reason. Same thing happened to a guy named Invisible Sky Magician. Is this moot’s idea on how to run a place? Let’s see how he sells it.

Same thing has been happening to me in /r9k/ now. I don’t care anymore, I just hope they understand they’re wasting their resources because even if they ban my ISP, my country or get me booted from my service provider, I decide when I leave, not them.

What he and his boot-licking fans, who praised his decision to delete /n/ because of all the racism, fail to realize is that 4chan is turning into another crappy over moderated pc board like Gamespot, where people can’t be themselves. And that /n/ was the best board on 4chan to have an honest discussion about current events. A person isn’t stupid or ignorant just because their views offend you, I saw many people there who made rational arguments in favor of racism and backed them up with solid data, and that pissed the hell out of moot and his puppets.

And it’s pointless. People still post child pornography all the time on /b/ and it stays up for half an hour and hour. What is moot doing to prevent that? Yeah, good luck selling a cp heaven.

If you get banned from 4chan just reboot your modem (wait 15 minutes before turning it back on, in order to get a new IP) or, if that doesn’t work, try finding a proxy at proxy.org (most of them have been permabanned already because of people posting child porn… and The Invisible Sky Magician, so if you find one that works try not to get permabanned please). I know there are other more sophisticated methods (spoofing) to change/camouflage IP’s but I still haven’t looked up on them.

And use Ad block.

Clinton wins Pennsylvania.

News article.

So no surprises here. Clinton will most likely stay on the race till the end and hope for the superdelegates to give her the nomination at the Convention, which isn’t going to happen unless they’re idiots.

So all we have left now is Guam on May 3 (little Island nobody cares about), Indiana and North Carolina on May 6, West Virginia on May 13, Kentucky and Oregon on May 20, Puerto Rico on June 1 and Montana and South Dakota on June 3. And the Convention in late august.

As an outsider (who, as everyone else in the world, IS affected by the result of this election, so if you want to tell me I have to right to talk about this or should just mind my own business or fix my country first, screw you) I find this process somewhat ammusing. It’s one of the very few events in real life I can follow with interest because I know it’s somewhat making history.

Whoever wins will provide us with a very interesting show, so to speak. Yes, even McCain. That crazy old man-child.

Will Obama open his big mouth again and say something stupid? Does Hillary have any cards left up her sleeve? Will Bill succeed in secretly sabotaging her? Will McCain die of old age before november? Will Al Gore run as a Green Party Candidate?

Needless to say, I’m following this out of curiosity and don’t really care either way.
